Mastering Persuasion - Follow-up Coaching
With any new initiative there are 2-3 leading indicators that influence and predict the eventual outcome. The key is discovering what the leading indicators are and then being disciplined to execute them consistently. The leading indicators of improved sales are The 3 Practices of Persuasion™ (i.e. Education-Based Briefings, Discovery, & Presentation).
At Program on Persuasion® we stay with you for 12 weeks following the workshop, meeting every other week via an interactive virtual meeting. The objective of the meetings is to achieve mastery of the 3 practices. Participants will be held accountable to leading indicators and make sure that they are receiving immediate feedback on their progress to insure that they don’t get “stuck” . . . we call this “coaching them up”.
This program is founded on the premise of changing the way salespeople currently sell in order to become more persuasive. Because we are governed by our habits, it requires changing human behavior. Attending a phenomenal sales training workshop will teach you knowledge and techniques, but will not insure that you master the new skills. This follow-up coaching program instills the required habits. Mastery is not about doing a thousand things, it about doing a few things a thousand times!
